POLICY:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The website www.o2nails.it is an e-commerce site of Fullmate Italia Srl which can accept orders for delivery both in Italy and abroad.
For each order placed, Fullmate Italia Srl issues an invoice for the items purchased, pursuant to article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No variation of the document will be possible after its issuance.
Delivery costs, where indicated, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order.
Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
In case of delay in delivery not attributable to us, the customer has the right only to cancel the order and return the sums paid.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The goods are shipped by courier and are intended delivered at the foot of the work. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping); otherwise the clause "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" MUST be indicated in the courier's transport document, specifying the description of the anomaly found in pen (for example: unconditioned package, the package has a dent on the cardboard, the package has the packaging wet, the package has a hole in the cardboard etc. etc.) otherwise Fullmate Italia Srl cannot accept complaints or replacements of the goods. Any damage must be communicated in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Subsequent claims due to shipping damage will not be reimbursed or taken into consideration by us. The packaging MUST be kept until a courier representative comes to view it (this is their procedure for making a claim for damaged goods)
- We always recommend, if there are any suspicious noises inside the package, to put the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" on the courier's transport document and to indicate "Suspicious noises" even if the packaging is intact.
- In any case, the customer is required to accept the delivery of the goods by the courier even in the event of evident damage to prevent the same from being sent back to our warehouse with consequent charge of the return costs at our expense.
- Fullmate Italia Srl guarantees that it will immediately replace the damaged packages without any additional costs for the goods nor for the shipment.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to our warehouses.
Any problems or complaints concerning the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery (the date indicated in the courier's delivery note will be considered valid).
PRIVACY
The personal data requested during the order forwarding phase are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and for any reason be transferred to third parties and will not be used to send advertising material, unless expressly customer consent. Fullmate Italia Srl guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.
The data controller is Fullmate Italia Srl to which you can contact to be canceled in accordance with the law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales of products via the Internet are regulated by law Legislative Decree 206/2005 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, by 14 days from receipt of the goods, a communication by registered letter in which the will to withdraw from the contract is expressed. The only expenses requested from the consumer are those for shipping the product to Fullmate Italia Srl
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, namely: - lack of the original packaging - absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.) - damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal in the cases referred to in art. 59 of Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded in relation to thethe supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal:
If you have made a purchase on the e-commerce site www.o2nails.it and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow this simple procedure:
- Send a communication for registered letter to Fullmate Italia Srl Via Raimondi 3 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), or PEC communication to fullmate@legalmail.it within 14 days of receiving the goods, describing your wish to withdraw from the purchase and indicating your e-mail address. It will then be sent to your e-mail address the return code (CDR) which will allow the package you send us to return to our warehouses. It is possible to download the form in PDF format of the registered letter on the following link: Withdrawal form
- Send, if possible, a copy of the registered letter by e-mail to info@o2nails.it indicating "Withdrawal from a purchase" as the subject.
- Provide, using a courier of your choice, the shipment of the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
4. Indicate the Return Code (CDR) assigned by Fullmate Italia Srl on the packaging and send the product to the address indicated below within the second working day following receipt of the CDR code.

Fullmate Italia Srl will refund the cost of the goods shipped, by bank transfer or according to the method you have chosen, within 14 working days following the shipment of the goods by you and in any case not before receiving the goods.
