The website www.o2nails.it is an e-commerce site of Izard linea Srl which can accept orders for delivery both in Italy and abroad.

For each order placed Izard Linea Srl issues an invoice for the items purchased, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No changes to the document will be possible after its issue.

Delivery costs, where indicated, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order.

Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.

In case of delay in delivery not attributable to us, the customer has the right only to cancel the order and return the sums paid.



The goods are shipped by courier and are intended delivered at the foot of the work. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); otherwise, the clause "ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" MUST be indicated in the courier's transport document, specifying in pen the description of the anomaly found (for example: unconditioned package, the package has a dent on the cardboard, the package has the packaging wet, the package has a hole in the cardboard etc. etc.) otherwise Izard Linea Srl cannot accept complaints or replacements of the goods. Any damage must be communicated in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Subsequent claims due to shipping damage will not be refunded or taken into consideration by us. The packaging MUST be kept until a courier representative comes to view it (this is their procedure to be able to make a claim for damaged goods)
  • We always recommend, if there are any suspicious noises inside the package, to put the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" on the courier's transport document and to indicate "Suspicious noises" even if the packaging is intact.
  • In any case, the customer is required to accept the delivery of the goods by the courier even in the event of evident damage to prevent the same from being sent back to our warehouse with consequent charge of the return costs at our expense.
  • Izard Linea Srl guarantees that it will immediately replace damaged packages without any increase in costs, neither for the goods nor for shipping.



In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to our warehouses.

Any problems or complaints concerning the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery (the date indicated in the courier's delivery note will be considered valid).



The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and for any reason be transferred to third parties and will not be used for sending advertising material, unless expressly stated. customer consent. Sales of products via the Internet are regulated by law Legislative Decree 206/2005 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.

This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
